Instruction for use

Dissolve: Place one tablet into 100 mL of distilled or deionized water.
Stir: Mix until fully dissolved, and yield 100 mL of 1X PBS solution containing 137 mM sodium chloride, 2.7 mM potassium chloride, and 10 mM phosphate buffer with pH 7.3-7.5.
Adjust: If necessary, the pH can be adjusted using dilute HCl or NaOH.
