CellSep™ Mono-Poly Density Gradient Medium is a ready-to-use density gradient solution designed for the simultaneous isolation of mononuclear cells (MNCs) and polymorphonuclear cells (PMNs) from whole blood.
Manufactured by Albert Bioscience, CellSep™ is prepared using a proprietary Ficoll® and sodium diatrizoate composition to ensure precise density control and reproducible cell separation.
With a controlled density of 1.114 ± 0.002 g/mL at 22 °C, CellSep™ enables clear layer resolution and reliable performance across immunology, hematology, and cell biology research workflows.
